Our recent Wellness & Nutrition Camp at Gulshan Mega Imtiaz was a wonderful success, where I had the privilege to consult 50+ participants. The camp was designed to spread awareness about healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
I provided one-on-one consultations to each participant, listened to their health concerns, and guided them with simple and practical nutrition advice that they can follow daily.
During the camp, I educated participants about the importance of adding these foods to their routine diet:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Whole grains, pulses, and lean proteins
Healthy fats like nuts and seeds
8β10 glasses of water daily
Balanced and home-cooked meals
Along with dietary essentials, I also shared some general wellness guidelines:
Reduce oily and junk food
Limit sugar and salt consumption
Add a daily walk or exercise to routi
Practice portion control and mindful eating
Focus on consistent and healthy habits
The camp was filled with positive energy and motivation. Participants left with a clear action plan for their health and appreciated the easy-to-follow guidance. Many shared that these tips gave them the confidence to begin their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
